Moidunni Bava Mundenkkattil made his first business stint in the spices and food market in 1984, shortly after his arrival and brief experience working in the UAE.
This was at a time when the young country was birthing a momentous market peak in history, welcoming expatriates and investors in great waves. With opportunity in sight and a spirited entrepreneurial drive, Moidunni Bava set sail with his small business enterprise called Atiq Abdulla Flour Mill, capitalising on industrial knowledge that he attributes to his agriculturist family roots in South India.
By swiftly roping in and designating younger talents with fresh perspectives in key positions, Moidunni Bava further consolidated the success graph of the corporate entity across different segments and diversified its portfolio of holdings in manufacturing,
distribution, wholesale and retail.
He has laid down the blueprint for future endeavours and global expansions of the firm, which promises to uphold the principles on which it has been founded and deliver lasting, consistent value, as it has over the last 3 decades, to customers, employees, investors and stakeholders alike.

Shamsudheen K, the Managing Director of RF Combine Corporate Holdings, is a multipreneur and a business leader who pursues business interests both in and outside the group.
Embarking on this business journey in 1992, he went on to undertake key positions and implement integral business decisions that ultimately elevated and facelifted the business graph to surpass new heights. Under his initiative that Rose Flower was born, the only fully developed brand at that time. The launch of Nellara Food and Spices in 2004 and the first retail restaurant division in 2010 under his able leadership, each opened brand new chapters in the growth and profile of the corporation.
As a successful business person, he considers loyalty and trust the corporation’s biggest asset and is driven by his commitment to bring outstanding value to the world.
Fasalu Rahman Mundenkkattil
Director/CEO
Fasalu Rahman stepped into the corporate leadership role as the Director of Finance and Administration in the year 2005. Since then, he has been contributing to the growth of the organisation with his remarkably innovative ideas and strategies. In 2018, Fasalu Rahman became the CEO of the company, where he could further utilise his calibre in the operational role. He was able to achieve brilliant results in this execution and thus, has very well supported the entire system to work towards the goal of the organisation.
