I am honoured to be part of RF Combine’s continued journey of growth and success. As the Managing Director and one of the owners of RF Combine and the Nellara Group, I am proud to lead a business that has grown from humble beginnings into a strong and diversified group operating in production, distribution, retail, and hospitality.
My journey began in 1992, and since then, I have worked hard to make important business decisions that helped the company grow step by step. One of the proudest moments was launching Rose Flower, our first fully developed brand, which became well known for its quality. Later in 2004, we launched Nellara Food and Spices, followed by our first retail restaurant division in 2010. Each of these milestones opened new opportunities and helped us reach new customers while strengthening our position in the market.
For me, loyalty and trust are the most important values a company can have. These are the foundation of every business we do. I am committed to continuing our focus on delivering high-quality products and services that provide real value to our customers, employees, investors, and partners.
As we move forward, we aim to expand our presence globally while keeping our strong values at heart. I thank everyone who has been part of this journey, and together, we will continue building a successful future for RF Combine.

When I first took on the role of Director of Finance and Operations in 2005, my goal was simple — to give my best to the company that my family had built with so much dedication. Over the years, I learned that growth doesn’t just come from numbers and systems, but from people, ideas, and the values we stand for.
In 2018, I stepped into the role of CEO. It was both a big responsibility and a meaningful opportunity for me. It allowed me to look at the company as a whole, to understand every aspect of its operations, and to work closely with the teams that make it what it is today. As one of the owners of RF Combine and Nellara, this role also gave me the chance to build on our family’s legacy while leading the company into new directions.
After I became CEO, we introduced the Nells brand, which has grown into one of our most promising ventures. I also played a key role in developing the Nellara Ready-to-Cook (RTC) division, an area that reflects both innovation and our commitment to quality. At present, my focus remains on shaping the future of this division, as we continue to adapt to changing lifestyles and consumer needs.
My approach has always been about balance. While I focus on maintaining stability and discipline, I also believe in giving space for creativity and new ideas. I have seen how this blend drives not just business growth, but also builds motivation within our teams and trust among our customers.
Leading RF Combine has been a journey of learning, growth, and gratitude. I carry forward this role with the same commitment—to move the company ahead while staying true to the values that shaped it from the very beginning.

As one of the owners of RF Combine and Nellara, I feel both proud and grateful when I look back at our journey. What started in 1984 has grown into a group that today touches lives across production, distribution, retail, and hospitality. Being part of this 42-year journey has been more than a responsibility — it has been a privilege.
My role has always centred on keeping the company steady while guiding it toward growth. From decision-making and business development to ensuring smooth production, my focus has been on building a strong foundation that allows every part of RF Combine to function with trust and consistency.
Over the years, as we launched brands like Nellara, Malhar, Rose Flower, Nells Café, and Filfilmarket.com, my vision was to keep them united by the same values — quality, care, and customer focus. Challenges have been many, but with the support of our people and the trust of our customers, we have always moved forward with confidence and purpose.
Looking ahead, my commitment remains clear: to grow with purpose, stay rooted in our values, and protect the trust we have built over the years. This journey belongs to all of us, and together, we will continue shaping the story of RF Combine for generations to come.
